David J. Lumber

 

Mr. Lumber's practice is primarily focused on plaintffs cases, although he occasionally engages in civil defense work. He welcomes personal injury and commercial cases, especially those involving insured's disputes with their own insurance company. He also welcomes civil cases requiring an attorney with appellate experience, in cases in which an appeal will be necessary.
